Arch&Tech was established by a group of experts seeking to formalize a long-standing collaborative partnership. By integrating our diverse specializations, we offer a 360-degree approach to design and engineering.

Arch&Tech is a multidisciplinary engineering firm based in Palermo , specializing in the design of healthcare facilities and complex works for both the public and private sectors.
- Integrated approach: an in-house team combining expertise in architecture, structural engineering, MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), fire safety, and commissioning.
- BIM design in compliance with UNI 11337 and ISO 19650 standards, ensuring coordinated digital management throughout the entire building lifecycle.
- Consolidated experience in new-build hospitals and complex redevelopment projects
- A strong focus on MEP integration, safety, circulation flow management, and the implementation of ‘smart hospital’ technologies (RTLS, BMS/SCADA, and clinical-technical systems integration)
- Structured project management: every project is overseen by a dedicated Project Manager who coordinates all disciplines, monitors timelines, costs, and quality, and maintains a single point of contact for the client
